Warranties
Epools.com.au offer a warranty on all items sold which will be the manufacturers warranty. We are unable to give a warranty on damaged or misused goods.Please read installation and warranty literature prior to the use of new equipment where applicable. Failure to do this may void warranties in some circumstances.
Refund Policy
Will will endeavour to replace damaged or faulty goods within 30 days. We will pay for shipment of any faulty or damaged items. We will send the replacement item only when the damaged item is returned. Refunds do not apply to goods incorrectly ordered. Charges on returned items will incure a re-stocking fee and deductions for freight charges.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
All shipping costs will be paid by customer. We will notify you in advance if heavier items will incur a higher shipping fee. Our standard delivery times are up to 5 working days from initial order and payment. These delivery times are subject to availability.
By placing an order with epools.com.au you accept that the ownership of and risk of the goods, passes to the customer upon payment of the goods and when the goods have been despatched with the carrier by epools.com.au. Extra expenses incurred for redelivery are the responsibility of the consignee of the goods.
The times for delivery are outside of epools.com.au control as couriers are their own business and only in very limited circumstances are delivery times able to be specified.
Freight Insurance
Is included on all goods sent to you either by loss or damage. As part of epools.com.au we either cover in-house or as part of the goods being shipped through the freight company being used your goods to the point of delivery.

When purchasing from Epools.com.au your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Pricing Policy
Epools.com.au pricing domestic swimming pool and spa industry and therefore is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
