Refund Policy

Epools.com.au will not accept returns of purchased items for refund that are not same condition as at the time of purchase, or if they are specially ordered lines of product. Please contact us if you wish to return a purchased item and we will send you out a goods return form which must be filled out and sent back with the item being returned.

All items returned for refunding will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the items purchase price excluding freight or other charges. Please note Products Advertised on epools.com.au may vary from the Images displayed as these images are for illustration purposes only.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

All shipping costs will be paid by customer. We will notify you in advance if lthere are any variances to the fright costs that may incur a varied shipping fee. Our standard delivery times are up to 5 working days from initial order and payment. These delivery times are subject to availability.

ATL (Authority to Leave without signature). Please be aware that if you have given Epools authority to leave your parcel without signature (ATL), Then you are legally absolving Epools.com.au, and its subsidiaries, employees,and agents from any claim of loss or damage forthwith

Free Freight The use of term Free Freight assumes that there is an allowance for a freight fee commensurate to the item being shipped. This amount will be excluded from any return amounts made.

Goods Ownership

By placing an order with epools.com.au you accept that the ownership of and risk of the goods, passes to the customer upon payment of the goods and when the goods have been dispatched with the carrier by epools.com.au. Extra expenses incurred for re-delivery are the responsibility of the consignee of the goods.

The times for delivery are outside of epools.com.au control as couriers are their own business and only in very limited circumstances are delivery times able to be specified.

Freight Insurance

If you have selected insured freight as your shipping option during checkout, then it covers all goods sent to you against loss or damage during Transit. Freight insurance is only valid within 14 days of expected delivery. Freight courier procedures are required to be followed to help enable resolution.

Warranty

All Items Purchased through Epools.com.au are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. Items Purchased through Epools.com.au that become defective during the warranty period, must be returned to either Epools.com.au or to the relevant Manufacturer for repair or replacement.Please be aware that Warranty does not cover the transportation costs of returning or sending items under Warranty. If you have a Product that needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty please click here and fill out and submit the form and we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

International Customers

All values are in Australian Dollars, and all International Postage has the option of Insurance.In the Event of Loss or Damage of insured items you will need to contact us to report the issue and we will advise of procedures required.

Warranty service or support is only available in Australia, so in the event of a warranty issue the item will need to be sent back to us.Please be aware that the Manufacturer's warranty does not cover postage costs, also. We cannot guarantee conformance with other countries local building codes or electrical standards.The Freight amount is based on the address supplied to epools, and also please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply to imported goods from Australia.
